Is your company registered?
Yes. We're a properly registered and tax compliant legal entity governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
How long does it take to get a loan?
Under normal circumstances it takes us 48 hours to process a loan.
Do you serve civil servants only?
No. We also serve cash clients.
Can I buy a product cash?
Yes. We offer great discount prices for all our cash customers.
To which areas can you deliver your products?
We deliver our products using courier services that can reach some of the most remote parts of Zimbabwe. We have delivered products from Nyamapanda down to Plumtree and many other places in between.
Can I change my installments?
Once the installments start running, the regulations only allow for clearing the outstanding amount at once, but not change the installment amount.
What's the maximum loan amount I can apply for?
The maximum loan amount or product value that can be acquired on credit is $100,000.00.
Do you install the solar products you supply?
We do not do solar installation. However, we can make recommendations of certified technicians that assist our customers.
Do you do background checks on all applicants?
Yes. We do FCB clearance to ensure each one of our clients has not been blacklisted or defaulted payments with other institutions.
What documents do you require for loan application?
For a loan to be approved and processed, we require the following documents from each applicant:
1. Passport sized photos
2. Proof of employment in form of a letter from the employer
3. Completed application form
4. Copy of national I.D.
5. Current payslip
